This option allows you to combine the services you regularly use from a variety of different stops onto a single sign. This is ideal if you have a number of different bus services to choose from but they depart from different bus stops in different addresses. You can then bookmark this sign, allowing you to open it quickly without re-entering any stop codes.

No, BustrackerSEStran has information for specific route services and at designated stops throughout South East Scotland.
How far in advance can I get a "real-time" prediction?
1 hour ahead (59 minutes to be precise!) Arrivals after 1 hour are always estimated times based on the timetable.
Which bus services can I get information on?
At present you can get information on specific services run by Stagecoach, First and Lothian Buses. The system is compatible with Edinburgh’s Bustracker system and is open to other operators who are willing to install the bustrackerSEStran equipment on their buses.
What is the bus stop code?
The bus stop code is the unique 8 digit number given to every bus stop. The code can be found on the website via the map search within the bus stop marker balloon or on the timetable at stops on street.

Why are there no mobile applications for Blackberry?
The iPhone, Android and Windows applications have been developed by third parties at no cost to the Council. An API (Application Programming Interface) has been developed which will enable easier development of third party applications in these formats.
